Please complete the form below to register your Accomodation for providing hospitality for our acts performing at Morecambe Maritime Festival 2025. This festival celebrates Morecambe’s Heritage, Culture and Environment.
When we accept the reduction in your rate for your accommodation we will:
- provide free publicity for your hotel on the festival website.
- offer you the option to purchase a festival banner welcoming Festival Acts to stay with you
Once your Registration of Interest has been received then:
- Your registration will be reviewed. We may contact you to for clarification using your registered email address.
- If your registration of interest is accepted then you will be sent an Enrollment email with link to complete your enrollment.
- If your requested a banner the enrollment will include an invoice for for the banner. You will not be enrolled with the festival nor included in any publicity until this invoice is paid.
- Once the funds have been received you will be directed to complete your Enrollement details online – this will ask for details on your venue with respect to Health & Safety, PA systems, and publicity material to include in the Festival Publicity material. Again we will not be able to include you in the Festival Publicty with out this information.
- Please note completing this Enrollment Form saves us a huge amount time collating material from the internet and also ensures the information we provide is to your liking.
